Kevin is an Professor Emeritus of Computer Networking in the Computer Science Dept at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA.  Prior to arriving at NCC in 2002, he spent 6 years as a business and technology teacher at Liberty High School in Bethlehem.  He has 8 years of industry experience.  Five of those years were spent in International Trade, specifically in the Textiles and Apparel Industry.  He is a Cisco Networking Academy Instructor and holds a CCNA and CCAI.  He has completed his Cisco Network Security Coursework, Cisco Wireless LANs Course, is Cisco CyberOps Instructor Certified, and is CISSP certified. He is also a former Instructor Trainer with Cisco Networking Academy (for 15 years).

Kevin holds an MBA from LaSalle University (1998), BS in Business Education from Delaware Valley College (1995), and a BS in Business Administration from Kutztown University (1988).

Kevin is actively involved in outdoor activities.  He advises the NCC Ski Club and supports the NCC Outdoors Club.  Kevin is a member of the Appalachian Mountain Club. and a former backpacking trip leader for the AMC-Delaware Valley Chapter.  He is also a musician, playing the guitar and banjo in jazz bands, school musicals, weddings and solo acts.

Kevin's Cisco Networking Academy Program at NCC was awarded the National Award for RIGOR in 2007. Kevin has won the Christensen Award for Teaching Excellence(2018), NCC Club Advisor of the Year 2016, and has been awarded an excellence in teaching award from Cisco Networking Academy for multiple years..
