GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE AND ARBITRATION
Any grievance or dispute which an Employee may have concerning the application, meaning or interpretation of Union Contract shall be settled by the procedures set forth herein. It is understood that any matter that is a proper subject for discussion by any committee established under the terms of this agreement must be
discussed by the appropriate committee before it can be entered as a grievance. The grievances shall proceed as follows:
To file a union grievance you must see your chief shopsteward
